RULES AND TERMS:

1. Documentaries produced in any year and anywhere in the world can be submitted.

2. Documentaries must have a maximum of 20 minutes, including credits.

3. 100% online registration.

4. The registration of a documentary gives the right to compete throughout the year. If the work does not qualify for the month in which it was submitted, it can compete in the upcoming months, until December of the current year.

5. Until the 5th of each month, the nominees will be revealed. Until the 30th of each month, the winners will be revealed.

6. For a category to take place during the current month, it is necessary to have at least two competitors elected for it.

7. Each category may have up to 5 nominees.

8. The winners of each month qualify for the "Best of the Year", which takes place in January of the following year.

9. Brazilian documentaries and foreign documentaries compete in separate categories.

10. films that have participated in previous editions can also register for the current edition.

11. Documentaries that are not in Portuguese, English or Spanish must have subtitles in English, Spanish or Portuguese for selection.

12. Creators can submit as many works as they like, but each pays a separate fee.

13. The creator can choose to participate or not in the Popular Jury Award.

14. For the Popular Jury Award, the shorts that agree to participate will be available for a period of 5 days on the festival's YouTube channel. The documentary with the most likes will take the prize.

15. The organization of the festival is paramount in all its decisions.

16. By signing up and accepting the terms, the creator declares to have the rights to use all the artistic works included in the documentary. In case the copyright holder comes to claim them, the festival cannot be held responsible.

17. The payment of the registration fee does not guarantee the official selection.

18. The registration fee is non-refundable.

19. By registering and accepting the terms, the creator agrees to have his image and excerpts from his registered work used (up to 1 min) only to promote the event on social networks.

20. When making the registration, the creator confirms that he has read and accepted all the conditions of this regulation.
